Can I bring more than one dog?
Yes! The field is exclusively yours for the full 50 minutes, so bring as many of your own dogs as you like. The price per session stays the same.
How do session credits work?
When you purchase a package, credits are added to your account immediately. When you book a session, one credit is automatically deducted at checkout — no voucher codes needed.
Do credits expire?
5-session credits are valid for 90 days from purchase. 10-session credits are valid for 180 days. Any unused credits expire after that period.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 24 hours before your slot for a full refund (pay-as-you-go) or credit return (packages). Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Is there a booking fee?
No hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Can I transfer credits to someone else?
Credits are currently tied to the account that purchased them and cannot be transferred. Please get in touch if you have a special circumstance.
