  • Account information: your name and email address, collected when you create an account via our sign-up form.
  • Booking information: the date, time slot, number of dogs, and payment amount for each booking you make.
  • Payment information: we do not store your card details. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We only receive a record of whether a payment was successful.
  • Communications: any messages you send us via the contact form or by email.
  • Usage data: standard server logs including IP address and browser type, retained for security purposes.

  • To create and manage your account so you can book sessions online.
  • To process and confirm your bookings and send you booking confirmation emails.
  • To send you booking reminders 24 hours before your session.
  • To respond to enquiries and messages you send us.
  • To manage cancellations, refunds or disputes where applicable.
  • We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

  • Contract: processing your booking data is necessary to fulfil the contract between us when you book a session.

  • Resend (transactional email) — booking confirmation emails are sent via Resend.
  • Neon (database hosting) — your data is stored securely in a Neon PostgreSQL database hosted in the EU.
  • We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep your data

  • Account data: retained while your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your account within 30 days.
  • Booking records: retained for 7 years to comply with HMRC accounting requirements.
  • Contact messages: retained for up to 2 years.
  • Server logs: retained for 90 days for security monitoring.
